I make four different versions of that warm, comfort food as chili. This version is probably one of the top favorites with everyone! It's super hearty, has big chunks of meat and just the right amount of kick. This one pot meal is so simple that you literally throw it all into the crock pot and you are done!
If peppers are rough on your stomach, le ave it out - it still tastes terrific and honestly, no one will notice! You can also use mild versions of the diced chilis and the chili seasoning. I use
McCormick Chili Mix, which you can find through my link.
If you are in a pinch for time, you can buy the already cooked beer brats. I like to buy the raw version and fry them up until just cooked. I think the flavor is better but I've made it both ways.

Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
1 can (14.5 oz) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 package (14 oz) beer bratwurst links, sliced
1 package (12 oz) frozen corn
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
In a skillet, fry the sliced beer brat, just until they are done and slightly brown. They will finish cooking in the crock pot. This is my all time favorite crock pot and I use four different versions. This one is super simple and large enough for all different meals though.
In a 5-qt. crock pot, combine all ingredients.
Cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours.
If you make this or another version, please tag me on social media so I can follow!
